Here are the simple steps to getting started...
Free Consultation This is the first step to the new you! You will meet with Svetlana, talk about what you are looking to achieve and plan out the best way to reach all of your goals. You are not committing to anything at this stage and there is no pressure to book your first session if you are not ready.
1st Session
Once you are happy with everything, you can book your first session! The first session involves a Health Assessment and you will have your first workout. This is normally a gentle session to get you in to the swing of things.
2nd Session
You will be feeling more confident already, knowing that you are taking control of your Health & Fitness and heading towards achieving your goals. The next steps from here will be learning about nutrition and progressing with your workouts.

Group Personal Training
Not sure about starting alone? Then train with friends or a partner and split the cost!
Group training is a great way of sharing the whole Personal Training Experience with a friend or loved one. You can help each other through the tough times and celebrate your achievements together!
